Manifesto for Growing

  1. Grow. Do not get stuck in one place. After some time it will get really uncomfortable there.
  2. Ask questions. No question – no answer. You have to be curious.
  3. Work hard. No masterpiece were made by being lazy.
  4. Learn something new every day. So you will be able to feel that you are actually growing.
  5. Be kind. Karma will haunt you.
  6. Listen. Not only to your teacher. Listen to world around you.
  7. Socialize. The best ideas are gained by chit chatting to your mate.
  8. Read every day. So you will learn something new.
  9. Process is more important than outcome. You are not working or studying for a medal or a diploma. You do that for yourself.
  10. Experiment. Weird idea today might be a genius one in the future.
  11. Take risks. You wont gain anything if you wont try.
  12. Go deep. Analyse things, look from different perspectives. Find new questions, so you will find new answers.
  13. Make mistakes. Make mistakes faster. Learn from them. Mistakes are the essential thing in growing up, but you have to know how to deal with them.
  14. Keep moving. Slowing down makes you lazy.
  15. Ask stupid questions. Answer is more important than a question.
  16. Collaborate. Sharing different ideas makes you learn and grow faster.
  17. Dont clean your desk. You might find something in the morning that you can not see tonight.
  18. Avoid fields. Jump fences. Choose a different path than everyone. This is the only way to find new things.
  19. Have fun. Enjoy every single thing you do. Be optimistic. Because in the end of the day you are the one who has to deal with your own mind.
  20. Love. Because that is the thing that makes world go around.
